Crossing Vineyards and Winery is mixing a bit of tried and true with a splash of new as part of the Upper Makefield Township winery’s 18th annual Summer Wine & Music Series.
The ever-popular rock ‘n’ roll cover band The Fabulous Greaseband will kick off the series on June 3 with its
trademark high-energy dance songs from the ‘50s through the ‘90s. The band will also close out Crossing’s Summer Wine & Music Series on Sept. 16.
In addition to the annual staple of the concert series, Crossing has added four new acts for 2022. On June 10, Johnny Cash tribute band JC Cole & Folsom ’68 Band will take the stage. On June 17, Sensational Soul Cruisers, a ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s soul and R&B band will perform. AM Radio Tribute Band will offer renditions of songs from the ‘60s and early ‘70s on July 22. The Gumbo Gumbas will bring New Orleans jazz and zydeco to Crossing on Aug. 26. In all, the winery will offer 11 concerts.

UnWINEd with a Crossing beverage & small bites
Crossing Vineyards’ award-winning wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle during the concerts, which will be held rain or shine on select Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m. Guests can also cool off with a Crushie – a wine slushie made from Crossing’s rose’ wine, an organic mix with no added sugars and a “secret formula” featuring vodka. Outside beverages are not permitted. Light bites are available for purchase, or guests may bring their own snacks.
